Riding Into History is happy to announce that you may now sell products at our event. World Golf Village has amended their policy on selling at their venue. The products that may be sold cannot be in conflict with what they offer. The World Golf Village will vet vendors. Vendors will need to sign a waiver and pay any sales taxes as required by the State of Florida. Registration for vendors is available on our web site under registration forms.

Riding Into History is unveiling the 2015 artwork. Internationally renowned artist Don Bradley has again provided us with a magnificent motorcycle and model. We are celebrating British motorcycles this year. Our theme is “Rule Britannia”. Don captures our theme with this art called. “Racing with the Stars”. This picture depicts an all-star cast with a 1956 BSA Goldstar at the last year of the Clubman on the Isle of Man. BSA motorcycles dominated the Clubman race. No one else could compete. Thus ending the Clubman race at Isle of Man.

Riding Into History is excited to announce David Aldana as the 2015 Grand Marshal! David Aldana is a motorcycle racer who specialized in dirt track oval racing and road racing. One of the most colorful personalities in racing, David Aldana was a top AMA Grand National Series competitor during the 1970s, winning four AMA nationals during his career. The classic motorcycling documentary, “On Any Sunday,” caught snippets of Aldana’s rookie season and it conveyed his brash and carefree attitude. Each year, our goal is to organize a world-class event and give a donation to a worthy charity. This is our first year contributing to K9s for Warriors. With all the help and support from our sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and spectators, we were able to make a $40K donation to K9s for Warriors. The Weaver Foundation has pledged to match our donation. The donation was made at the American Legion 233 in Ponte Vedra, FL on June 19, 2014 at the graduation ceremony for the June warriors and their dogs. It was another fantastic year at Riding Into History! The 15th annual Riding Into History was a great success. The Grand Marshal Historic Ride, the Grand Marshal Dinner and the Motorcycle Concours d’Elegance were all lots of fun. The weather was spectacular, and couldn’t have been better. We could not have asked for a better Grand Marshal in Dave Despain. Also having special guest of honor, Nobby Clark made our event extra special. Barber Museum Brings Exhibit to Riding Into History!

We are very pleased that the world famous Barber Motorsports Museum will be binging an eight-bike display to Riding Into History. This is the largest display they’ve ever presented off their campus. Executive Director Jeff Ray and Technical Director (and AMA Hall of Fame member) Brian Slark will head up a six-man team of the museum’s top restoration experts who will be available all day to talk about their craft. Our Charity, K9s for Warriors will be breaking ground on a new facility at the Nocatee Community in St. John’s County FL. K9s for Warriors’ new facility will build on the successful model it has established at its current location. Four, four-bedroom, two-bath homes will provide housing to 16 veterans each month. In addition, the new nine-acre location will feature a clubhouse with a fitness room, big-screen TVs, pool tables and computer workstations where veterans may keep in touch with their families. Here is a sneak peak of a motorcycle display we will be having at Riding Into History. Gino Francavilla will be bringing 3 police motorcycles he purchased from a collector in Pennsylvania. This display of police cruisers feature a 1953 Harley-Davidson Servi-Car used in San Francisco as metro patrol motorcycle with a sidecar, a 1961 Harley-Davidson DuoGlide Pennsylvania patrol motorcycle and a 1971 ElectraGlide California Highway Patrol (CHIP) motorcycle.
