Club Booth Registration

Terms and Conditions

Pursuant to the Riding into History (RIH) event’s agreement with the Classic Car Museum (CCM) of St. Augustine, all Clubs at the RIH Event are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Club Registration:

All Clubs must be pre-registered by April 15, 2024. No Clubs will be allowed to register on event day. Two tickets will be provided to each club. Any other booth participants must pay $15.00 each. (This is a charitable event: proceeds go to the K9s For Warriors.)

Club Setup:

All Clubs must be onsite and setup prior to 9:00am on the day of the event. (If you have a motorcycle entered, please take it to the appropriate concours location first.) Event Staff will direct Clubs to specified exhibition space, loading/unloading area and vehicle parking locations. Clubs are responsible for all setup and tear down. Clubs must vacate the premises by 5:00pm of the event day.  

Booth occupants are required by the county to have a visible fire extinguisher in their booth.

Club Space:

A pre-defined 10′x10′ space is allocated for Club. The Club is responsible for providing any tables, chairs, tent and/or other presentation materials for its exhibit. Exhibit materials must be contained within the specified space to avoid impeding the flow of traffic around the walkway and must not present any safety issues. Club space is not guaranteed and is provided as available and at no charge.

Club Sales:

Clubs may provide items incidental to collecting new or renewal membership fees from members if such items are included as part of their membership.

Riding into History is a rain or shine event.
