Vendor Agreement Terms and Conditions

Pursuant to the Riding Into History (RIH) event agreement with the Classic Car Museum (CCM) of St. Augustine, all vendors at the RIH Event are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Vendor Registration:

Vendor agreements will be considered for inclusion until 4/15/2024 by which time, the vendors must be paid in full. (If you have a motorcycle entered, please take it to the appropriate concours location first). No vendors will be allowed to register on day of the event. Two tickets will be provided to each vendor. Any other booth participants must pay $15.00 each. (this is a charitable event: proceeds go to K9s for Warriors.)

Vendor Setup:

All vendors must be onsite and setup prior to 9:00 am on the day of the event. Event staff will direct exhibitors to specified vendor space, loading/unloading area and vehicle parking locations. Vendors are responsible for all setup and tear down. Please do not take down equipment until after 3:00 pm.

Vendor Breakdown/Cleanup:

Vendors are required to break down, clean up vendor area and vacate the facility by 5pm.

Vendor Space:

A pre-defined space is allocated for vendor unless otherwise noted on your invoice. The vendor is responsible for providing any tables, chairs, tent and/or other presentation materials for itsr exhibit. Vendor materials must be contained within the specified space to avoid impeding the flow of traffic around the walkway and must not present any safety issues. Water, electric, phone and data lines are not guaranteed by RIH or CCM.

Booth occupants are required by the county to have a visible fire extinguisher in their booth.

Vendor Sales:

Vendors will need to sign a waiver and pay any sales taxes as required by the State of Florida.

Vendor Cancellations:

RIH is a rain or shine event. Vendor fees will only be refunded if requested in writing and received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Other refunds are at the discretion of the RIH Event.
